Timewatch®- Outlook/Exchange Enhancements

Timewatch products integrate with Outlook & Exchange, but over the years we have found that although many Customers are looking for time recording or resource scheduling in Outlook, they don't need the complete feature set of our Time® range of products linked to Exchange, they want a simpler product the operates purely as an extension to Exchange / Outlook.

OutlookTime® and ScheduleTime® are exactly this - extensions for Outlook and Exchange that can be added to any Exchange 2007 and 2010 implementations with Outlook 2007 and 2010 clients.

Timesheet entry system for Outlook

Time saving and user friendly timesheet system converts diary appointments into Timesheets. Users simply enter their appointments, attach project / customer details the post their timesheet from Outlook. Available with any of our time recording engines and can be integrated into your existing third party timesheet system.

ScheduleTime®
Advanced scheduling upgrade for Exchange / Outlook

Upgrade for Outlook / Exchange includes a configurable group calendar view, enhanced appointment making, scheduling by skill and availability as well as powerful reporting tools. Expected Q4 2011.
